A natural alternative to alcohol based hand cleansers!

Make your own health promoting solution that won't dry your hands out and won't deliver any harmful chemicals through your skin! Combine the following into a glass dispenser of your choice:
5 tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel
4 Tablespoons of water
1/4 teaspoon Vitamin E Oil
8-10 drops Protective Blend

Homemade Pest Repellant

Traditional bug sprays contain dangerous chemicals and skin irritants! This recipe is gentle, all natural, powerful, and smells amazing! Combine in a dispenser of your choice (we prefer a glass spray bottle) the following ingredients:
4 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons Witch Hazel
4 drops Thyme
4 drops Lemongrass
4 drops Lavender
4 drops Peppermint
8 drops Repellant Blend

Directions: Combine all ingredients. Shake well before each use. Apply as needed every few hours when outdoors.

Rollerball Solutions

Immune Booster

Have this on hand throughout the season to strengthen the immune system! Just roll it on the bottoms of the feet and/or back of the neck twice a day during the school season. Can be used everyday or whenever the immune system is threatened. Combine the following into a 10ml Rollerball (rollerballs can be purchased at or
15 drops Protective Blend
12 drops Oregano
9 drops Frankincense
6 drops Lemon
3 drops Peppermint
Fill the remainder with fractionated coconut oil


Respiratory Assistance

While we have found application of White Fir to the chest to be extremely effective in assisting the airways, here is another solution that can be combined in a rollerball if White Fir doesn't do the trick! Fill a 10 ml rollerball with the following ingredients and apply it to the throat and chest as needed. The Respiratory Blend will open up the airways and soothe tissue. Lime will further assist in supporting a healthy immune response.
40 drops Respiratory Blend
20 drops Lime
Fill the remainder with Fractionated Coconut Oil


Seasonal Relief

Roll this blend on your feet morning and night. During the day, roll on your chest. This blend is also very beneficial to take internally (3 drops of each oil in a capsule). But if you don't have the time to open 3 bottles to fill a capsule or add to water, the rollerball makes for a quick and easy application! Helps open airways and soothe and support healthy respiratory function.

This blend calms, soothes and stabilizes the central nervous system. It creates a deep, quiet calm and frees the nerves from excessive tension. It can help ease the pain behind anger and quiet mind chatter. Apply to the bottoms of the feet and/or back of the neck as needed. Fill a 10 ml rollerball with the following:
40 drops Vetiver
15 drops Ylang Ylang
10 drops Frankincense
7 drops Clary Sage
5 drops Marjoram
Fill the remainder with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Sleep Blend

For a more restful sleep, this blend can really quiet the mind and help the body to relax. Apply to the bottoms of the feet and/or back of the neck as needed. Fill a 10 ml rollerball with the following:
15 drops Grounding Blend
15 drops Calming Blend
15 drops Ylang Ylang
15 drops Vetiver
15 drops Bergamot
15 drops Roman Chamomile
3 drops Patchouli
