Certain essential oils can be used internally. The easiest method for internal consumption is the veggie capsules. Certain oils can be ingested in water (always use a glass container), in food, and/or dilluted in coconut oil as well.

Oregano
Oregano is a hot oil! Be careful to always dillute with Fractionated Coconut Oil when applying to skin.
Wintergreen
Wintergreen is NOT recommended for internal consumption because it is a natural blood thinner.
Citrus Oils
Citrus oils can cause photosensitivity. Be cautious...recommend waiting about 6 hours after application before sun exposure.
